Bright Safaris Africa - Terms and Conditions

1. Rental Agreement: Welcome to Bright Safaris Africa! By choosing our services, you enter into a binding agreement governed by the terms outlined herein. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between Bright Safaris Africa  and you, the renter.

2. Eligibility: To rent a vehicle from Bright Safaris Africa, you must meet the following requirements:
  1. - Possess a valid driver's license.
  2. - Meet the minimum age requirement as per local regulations.
  3. - Provide valid identification and payment details.
3. Vehicle Rental: We take pride in providing you with top-quality, well-maintained vehicles for your journey. When you rent a vehicle from us, you agree to return it in the same condition, with normal wear and tear expected.

4. Rental Period: The rental period begins and ends at the specified dates and times agreed upon in the rental agreement. Should you wish to extend your rental period, please contact us for approval and any applicable charges.

5. Payment and Fees: We believe in transparent pricing. You agree to pay the rental fee, including taxes, fees, and surcharges as detailed in the rental agreement.
  1. - Additional charges may apply for late returns, refueling, cleaning, tolls, fines imposed by authorities for violation of road rules or traffic offenses, and damages.
  2. - Please note that fines or penalties imposed by authorities during the rental period for violations such as speeding, parking fines, or other traffic offenses are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid promptly. Failure to pay these fines may result in additional administrative charges and legal consequences.

6. Insurance: Your safety is our priority. Basic insurance coverage is provided for the rented vehicle, with optional additional insurance available at your discretion. Please note that you are responsible for any deductible amount specified in the insurance policy.

7. Cancellation and Refunds: Should you need to cancel your reservation, please inform us within the specified time frame to be eligible for a refund, subject to applicable cancellation fees. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made within a certain period before the rental start date.

8. Liability: While we strive to provide exceptional service, Bright Safaris Africa shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience beyond our control, including accidents, theft, natural disasters, or mechanical breakdowns.

9. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of RWANDA. Any disputes arising from the rental agreement shall be resolved through arbitration or litigation in the appropriate jurisdiction.
